My coaching philosophy for the EO
Stars U15 AA team will be to have a strong focus on player development with and
without the puck. There will be an
increasing amount of time spent on team positional and tactical plays. However,
the development of individual skills remains a priority. Puck possession is an
important concept for me, and the hope is for my team is to be known as
skilled, structured, and fast paced team who are hard to play against. A
long-term goal would be to develop each player so that they can have a chance
at advancing to higher levels in future years.
